Pop Warner 2008-2009 All-American Scholars Announced Updated:  05/06/2009 at 4:15 PM Congratulations to all the 2008-2009 Pop Warner All-American Scholars.  This year Pop Warner announced that a record number of All-American Scholar applications were submitted - over 8,100 in total.
